DPR leaders 
 Chairman of the DPR at this time is Agung Laksono.

 Head of the DPRis one of a collective leadership, consisting of one Chairman and three (3) the Vice-chairman of the diplih and by the Member Meeting in plenary.v 
 Function key House leaders in general are represented symbolically in the DPR dealing with the executive agencies, institutions high country, and international institutions. lead the way in public administrative institutions, including leading the plenary meetings and set a penalty or rehabilitation in the case of breach of code of conduct by members of the DPR.v 
 Leaders have tasks that can be divided into three categories, namelyv 
 internal task environment in the HeadØ 
 internal task environment in the DPRØ 
 tasks in the external environment DPR.Ø 

Internal Environment Task Leaders: 
The task of the leaders in the internal environment is preparing a work plan and the division of labor between the Chairman and Vice Chairman, and mengumumkannya to the plenary meeting. 

The task of the DPR Internal Environment: 
 Leading a meeting in accordance with the provisions of House Code of the issue and concluded that discussed in the meeting.n 
 Implementing memasyarakatkan decisions and DPR.n

Member DPR 
Member DPR 2004-2009 period amounted to 550 people. In the period 2009-2014, the number of members of the DPR increased to be 560 people. Term of office members of the DPR is 5 years old, and ends at the same time a new member of the DPR swear / appointment. 


The task of the DPR 

• Establish laws discussed with the President for approval together

• Given consideration of DPD on the bill and the state budget bill related to taxes, education, and religion; 
• discuss and follow up the results of supervision received by DPD with the implementation of the law on regional autonomy, the establishment, and consolidation of the regions, central and local government relations, natural resources and other economic resources, the implementation of the national budget, taxes, education, and religion 





DPR Member Rights 

House members have the right interpellation, the right angket, and the rights of states. House members also have the right submit draft, ask questions, make suggestions and opinions, defend oneself, the right immunity, and the right protocol.
